Eliades Ynga has over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Eliades studied business administration in his native land Peru where he attended Ricardo Palma University.

His hospitality career began in New York City where he had the opportunity to join time Cafe one of the most popular restaurants in the Upper west side Manhattan.

He also joins the management team at Havana Central another favorite restaurant in Times Square area, few after joining Dos Caminos in Times Square as operations manager. 

He also worked for OTG management at Newark International Airport where he was responsible for the operation of Saison and Origami two of the most famous restaurants in the international section.

In his experience, he held different positions as the beverage manager, assistant General manager, and operations manager, he has a passion for pleasing and always willing to learn as well as sharing his experience with team members.
